How far in advance should I book?

For events and large productions, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your date. For portrait and fashion sessions, 1–2 weeks is usually enough. Popular weekend dates fill fast, especially during festival season in New Orleans.

How long until I receive my photos?

Standard delivery is 5–7 business days for portraits and lifestyle sessions, and 7–10 business days for events. Rush delivery (48 hours) is available for an additional fee. You'll receive a link to your private online gallery where you can download everything.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to officially hold your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. This protects both of us and ensures you're fully committed to the booking.

What happens if the weather is bad?

New Orleans weather can be unpredictable! For outdoor sessions, we'll monitor the forecast together and give you the option to reschedule with at least 48 hours notice at no extra charge. We're flexible and we want your shoot to look its best.

Can I use my photos for commercial purposes?

Your package includes a personal use license — great for social media, printing, and sharing. For use in paid advertisements, marketing campaigns, or broadcast media, a commercial licensing agreement is required. We'll walk you through the options during your consultation.

Do you shoot outside of New Orleans?

Absolutely. A travel fee applies for locations beyond 15 miles of our studio at $0.67/mile. For destination shoots outside Louisiana, contact us for a custom travel quote — we love to travel for the right project.
